Days of Hot Weather in Kailua Kona

With its excellent weather, Kona basks in 80-degree temperatures year round. Normally all but 14 days annually have highs in the 80s Fahrenheit. Only two days a year on average reach 90 degrees. And temperatures as high as 100 °F (38 °C) are not expected here.

Most nights from December to early March cool down to the 60s (below 21 °C). Later in the year, nights remain warmer. From June to October it's unusual to the thermometer to drop below 70 °F.
