The tables give the average annual wind speeds in miles per hour (MPH) and kilometres per hour (KPH) for morning and afternoon. Morning wind speed readings are taken at 9:00 am local time, while afternoon winds are at 3:00 pm.

The wind measurements here are long-term historical averages of weather data collected during 1991 to 2010.
