November Weather in Puerto Rico

One site, Pico Del Este, is much cooler and rainier than others on the list. That's because it's a high mountain peak, at 3448 feet (1050 metres) elevation, in the El Yunque Caribbean National Forest.

Hurricanes and Tropical Storms
With the Atlantic hurricane season drawing to a close, no hurricanes are expected to come near Puerto Rico in November. There's a two percent chance this month that a major tropical reaches the island.
