Mexico's beaches everywhere are hot in June. The rainy season begins this month along most of the Pacific coast and the Yucatan Peninsula. But the weather's still dry weather in the north, at Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas.
The official seasons for hurricanes in the Atlantic and tropical cyclones in the Pacific are underway in June. Yet the chance this month of a major storm reaching Mexican shores is extremely rare. The entire northwest Atlantic on average has only one tropical storm or hurricane in June.
