The tables below give yearly averages for rainfall plus snowfall at cities in France. Each place has a total for how many days of wet weather it usually gets a year and for the normal amount of precipitation.

The calculation of days only includes the days when precipitation totalled at least one millimetre (0.04 inches). The annual amount of precipitation is an average of weather data collected during 1971 to 2000.

You can jump to a separate table for each corner of the country: Southeast, Southwest, Northeast and Northwest, plus Central France.

Southeastern France

This section of southern France extends from the Mediterranean beaches on the island of Corsica and the French Riviera, or Côte d'Azur, to the peaks of the French Alps. Cities listed here belong to the regions of Corsica, Languedoc - Roussillon, Provence - Alpes - Cote - D'Azur and Rhône - Alpes.
